This is my model kit of the ship Serenity from the show Firefly. WATCH THE SHOW..it is great! I painted with a based of metalllic aluminum, them misted flat black. The picture below shows the one from the show. I REALLY need an airbrush..but I am pleased with how it looks with this base coat. Weathering and airbrushing the details should be a real challenge.
Here is the other model I am puttering around on. It is a Battle Droid with Stap (the pogo stick thing they fly on). I think I just want the battle droid (not the STAP). That means the base it came with won't work...but I am sure I can manage something.

Haha sure...just need an airbrush.
I have a new one in my closet, I have never used one. I bought it when I first started R3, so I can add the darker color. But I have to learn how to use it.
