Several coats of gloss clear coat and he's done!! I have a hat on order (cheapo one off ebay) and now that Halloween is coming I shoul dbe able to find a Cher wig and trim it to work.

V for Vendetta Mask
Me and little bro worked on our V for Vendetta masks on Friday. We had lots of trouble with my cheap airbrush. I finally tried to do some of the shaded areas by hand, but it turned out too dark. I painted over with white, then tried again with Q-Tips. It looked horrible so last night I painted over with white again and gave the airbrush one more chance. It turned out MUCH better (above the eyes) so I am happy now.

I love that mask!!!!! I never seen the movie though. But that will make your collection look great!!!! With props and such of all different kinds of movies. Do you have anything from Predator? I seen a nice statue the other day at a collectors store, it was about 12" tall. It was great looking. It may have been from Sideshow Collectibles. He wanted $300 for it. I laughed and said...."What else you got?" LOL
There you go again, Now I have to start scanning Ebay for more goodies.

If you guys are interested you can get the same mask (resin casting..neeeds cleanup and painting) from Sgtfang at RPF...$35 I think.
John...I never really like Predator that much...oh and buy V for Vendetta. I LOVED IT!

HAHA...I'm not really a Predator fan much either....but the Predator himself looks really cool!!! I really liked your Indiana Jones collection too!! I'm looking forward to the next one. I joined the HIC club....not really much going on there. That may be the project I do after R2, but not sure. Always in motion the future is!! LOL I'll have to compare notes with you sometime to see if its a good idea to start maybe during this droid build.
The wait for a HIC panel is a LONG one..if I were you I would get your name on a list now!
I'm looking forward to the next Indy movie too...I just hope it doesnt ruin a franchise we remember fondly.
