I dont have pics of the new basement yet...will have to get some. So far me and a freind have finished framing off the one room and I have run my speaker wires in the walls.
Sadly this past Sunday that same freind passed away unexpectedly so we are in the middle of dealing with all of that. He was a great friend and it's going to be hard and sad to finish the basement without his help. :(
I'm so sorry about your freind. Thats just terrible and it's hard to find a true freind in this world now days. Most of the people that I called my friend have done me wrong and now I sit with my family with no friends to talk to and share my projects. Just be glad for the time you shared and treasure those memories you have of your freind. As time goes by the pain will subside but it will never completely dissapear. This is why I value your blog and mine. For the comments and the help we offer each other is invaluable. Again I am sorry for your loss. Calvin

I'm actually starting to get anxious to get back at things, and have a lot of yard work to do before I get back to basement and R2, which will be a good break.
