Still need to add trim, shelves, door, and do some framing/drywalling/painting, and a drop ceiling in the entrance area. Will this EVER end?!

We're thinking about it.
The home we have now is small and no garage to do work in.
I would like to have a piece of property big enough to build a garage,
But use it as a theater and and have a work area also.
It may happen if we find what we like.
